National consultative human rights commission of the French republic (CNCDH)

On 6 March 2013 Jacques ENGLEBERT is heard as an expert, together with Mrs. Françoise Tulkens, by the Commission nationale consultative des droits de l’homme (CNCDH) de la République française (“National consultative human rights commission of the French republic”), whose mission is to give advice to the Ministry of Justice with regard to the new French draft act on the secrecy of journalist’s sources.
