Bernard CARIS attends the 6th “Biennial Global Immigration Conference”, organized by the “Immigration and Nationality Law Committee” by the IBA (International bar association Association) in London. He is invited to speak in a panel that will discuss the mobility of highly skilled employees in the European Union (“Current European immigration scene – applying the EU Blue Card: are we getting mobility of the highly skilled employee?”).
