Alex TALLON publishes with the editor Larcier, in French, the book « La Procédure » (“The procedure”), in the series – under his direction – “competition and market practices”; this book elaborates on the different types of procedures in the fields of market practices and consumer protection (cease and desist orders, criminal claims on the basis of trade practices).
