Who ?

Arnaud graduated as a Master of Laws from the University of Sherbrooke (Canada) and the University Catholic of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) (Belgium) in 2008. The following year, he received a Master of Business Administration from the Louvain School of Management (Belgium) where his interests concentrated mainly on SME’s and Entrepreneurship. As a professional aside, he obtained in 2012 a certificate in American contract law and international arbitration from the Washington College of Law, American University (Washington D.C., U.S.A.).

Arnaud has experience in insolvency & bankruptcy law, judicial reorganization of ailing companies (PRJ-WCO), winding-up proceedings, corporate law and corporate restructuring. He also provides legal support in Belgian and International commercial law (negotiation, advisory, contract drafting and litigation).

Arnaud has also experience in OHADA Law (a system of business laws and implementing institutions adopted by seventeen West and Central African nations) and is a member of the network “ABLE” (Africa Business & Legal Expertise), an international network of European and particularly African lawyers specialised in business law, whose skills are at the service of clients who require legal assistance and, where appropriate, representatives and defenders in business cases, mainly in Africa but also in Europe.

As an Attorney at Law, Arnaud was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2009. Before joining Praetica as a partner in March 2015, he worked as an associate in the Brussels’ Business Support and Restructuring Department of a large international law firm.

Arnaud is a native French speaker and has good knowledge of Dutch and English.
