Who ?

Luc Godin holds a law degree from the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and studied criminology in Brussels and Paris.

Having been admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1988 , he has specialized in the fields of social and labour law and criminal business law.

He advises companies and executives in the field of individual and collective labour relations as well as in all legal aspects of human resources management . He has acquired particular experience in dealing with social law aspects relating to companies in difficulty, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, as well as outsourcing operations.

During his labour law practice Luc Godin has been active in many sectors of the economy such as metal manufacturing/metallurgy, the health care sector, the food industry, the mining industry , the services sector, the textile sector, the transport sector,… .

Luc Godin is also known for his expertise in financial and social criminal law. He intervened as an expert in these matters in the context of several major financial criminal court cases, involving prosecutions related to awarding a public procurement , international tax evasion, VAT “carrousels” or accusations of money laundering.

He is also the author of several publications regarding labour law and financial criminal law, including, among others, money laundering and V.A.T. fraud.
