Who ?

Laurie Caucheteux graduated magna cum laude from the Catholic University of Louvain (Université Catholique de Louvain) in 2009. During her studies, she spent a semester in Italy at the University of Padoue, in the framework of the Erasmus exchange program. Laurie Caucheteux obtained an bilingual (English/French) LL.M. in European Competition and Intellectual Property Law at the University of Liège.

Before joining Praetica, she completed a traineeship at the European Commission, at DG Competition.

Laurie Caucheteux has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2011.

Laurie Caucheteux is a member of the AEDC (“Association pour l’Etude du Droit de la Concurrence” – Belgian Association for Study of Competition Law), as well as an author of publications regarding competition law and market practices. In 2013 she was the national reporter in Kiev for the “International League of Competition Law” (LIDC) about corporate social responsibility and market practices.
Her practice is focused on commercial and intellectual property law.
