Geneviève Gieseler
Who ?
Holding a Law Degree from the UCL (2009), Geneviève Gieseler has been admitted as a lawyer since 2011. She also holds a complementary master in social law from the ULB.
She developed her practice as a lawyer starting with criminal law and social law.
She further strengthened her skills in criminal law by obtaining – after following a training organized by the Court of Cassation and successfully passing exams – an authorization allowing her to intervene before the Court of Cassation in criminal matters.
She has extensive experience in financial criminal law and medical liability law. With the latter specialisation, she can bring into value her 17 years of experience in a hospital environment. She is currently following third cycle-studies in medical liability law at the University of Paris Descartes.
In her daily practice she assists clients of Praetica that are involved in financial criminal law cases and in social criminal law cases. In addition, she deals with various labor law cases, providing advice and assisting clients before the labor courts. She also practices civil liability law, advising clients and litigating before the civil and criminal courts.
Geneviève Gieseler also successfully followed a training in mediation techniques in civil, commercial and social matters.
