Who ?
Roel Anciaux was born in 1971.
After studying in the USA, he successfully ended his studies at the Law-faculty of the University of Brussels (“Vrije Universteit van Brussel”).
He graduated in 1997. That same year he joined the Brussels’ bar (NAOB).
Roel Anciaux joined Praetica in 2013.
Mr. Roel Anciaux is primarily active in the field of commercial law (focusing particularly on distribution and concession-agreements), as well as lease (private and professional – with special focus upon brewery-agreements), construction law, patrimonial family law and debt recovery.
Mr. Roel Anciaux can be contacted regarding these legal fields of expertise for litigation as well as legal advice.
He gives special attention to working together with the client as a team, always bearing in mind the commercial and business interests of his clients.
He practices law in Dutch, French, English and German.
